We continue to make progress toward our goals set across our key sustainability pillars: Thriving Organization, Sustainable Products

Thriving Organization

  • Reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 50% by FY30, from a FY22 base year (FY30)
  • Maintain an annual employee engagement (eSAT) score that is higher than Glint’s Technology Industry Benchmark (annual)
  • Achieve a 20% employee participation rate in the 大秀直播 philanthropy program (FY27)

Sustainable Products

  • Reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions from use of our sold products by 55% per petabyte per second by FY30, from a FY22 base year (FY30)

Responsible Supply Chain

  • Pursue 100% top Tier 1 Suppliers audited in the past two years by the Responsible Business Alliance Validated Assessment Program (RBA VAP) (annual)
