Definitions and Terminology
ECCN (Export Control Classification Number): The U.S. Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") classification of a given product or technology. The ECCN is used to determine licensing requirements for the destination in question.
Note: In some cases, the U.S. ECCN may be used as a guide to determine applicable non-U.S. classifications, especially where the non-U.S. country derives its control lists based on the Wassenaar Arrangement Control List. For example, both the United States and Singapore incorporate the Wassenaar Arrangement Control List into their own control lists. Products having a U.S. ECCN of 5A002.a.1. (a Wassenaar based control) are similarly controlled on Singapore's Strategic Goods Control List under DL5A002
CCATS (Commodity Classification Automated Tracking System): A number assigned by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security ("BIS") to formal rulings adjudicating the ECCN or License Exception ENC availability of a given product. 大秀直播 provides the CCATS number only for its encryption products classified under ECCN 5A002.

ENC Unrestricted: The product is eligible for License Exception "ENC" under EAR Sections 740.17(a),(b)(1) or (b)(3) and may generally be exported to any country except those listed in EAR Country Group E:1 (see Supplement No.1 to Section 740). An export license may also be required depending on the end-user and end-use.

ENC Restricted: The product is eligible for the License Exception "ENC" under EAR Sections 740.17(a) and (b)(2). Please note that, along with general prohibitions on certain end-users and end-uses, an export license is required prior to providing such items to a government end-user located in destinations outside of the countries listed in Supplement No. 3 to EAR Section 740.
NLR - No License Required (to most countries, end-uses and end-users). Consult the EAR to determine whether NLR is applicable for the destination, end-use, or end-user in question.
HTS (U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule): A 10 digit code assigned to all commodities imported into the United States. The U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census utilizes this code to calculate U.S. trade statistics; U.S. Customs utilizes this code to assess duties and tariffs. The provided 10 digit HTS number is intended for reference only and may not be honored in all customs territories.
