Please use the below form, where the minimal requirements are marked with asterisks, to submit your report.   • PoC code or other substantial evidence
  • Tools and steps to reproduce the vulnerable behavior
  • Impact and severity estimate
  • Scope assessment, other products, components, services, or vendors thought to be affected
  • Disclosure plans, specifically embargo and publication timelines
